Freddo&Caldo is crafted in Naples, the birthplace of pizza, using traditional methods and hand-stretched by Neapolitan artisans. To deliver an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience, all ingredients are carefully selected directly from the fertile lands of Naples. The dough achieves a unique texture and flavor thanks to high-quality ‘00’ type flour and Naples’ famous mountain water and air. San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the mineral-rich soil of Mount Vesuvius, and mountain oregano provide a distinctive taste. The fior di latte mozzarella, made from the milk of free-range, pasture-fed cattle, perfectly completes the flavor of the pizza with a deliciously balanced touch.
